Less Wisdom, Fewer Teeth.
I had my wisdom teeth out on Tuesday (10/1), and here they are. Stunning, no? The top tooth is the reason I went in to have my teeth removed in the first place. The extreme dark brown of the pulp is a result of drying and exposure to air. When the tooth first came out, the pulp was a nice tan, except for the foody bits that were wedged in there, and of course the blood.
I've received some complaints about the graphic nature of the teeth photo, so in the vein of prudish television, I've pixellated the photo of the teeth to hide them from my queasier reading public. For the stout of heart, you can click on the image to see the less adulterated version, but don't say I didn't warn you. For those of you specifically searching for gore, I scrubbed off all the blood and most of the ligament that were maintaining the death grip on my teeth.
